Yes you read that right; it does say day 30. I am doing this because I am sure I will forget to post tomorrow and I want to post about our elf, Jolly, and her shenanigans starting on the 1st.
Today I am thankful for the fact that my work typically works around my schedule so that I am able to be home to pick Brody up from school and to be off on days that he is out of school. Today luckily we were all at home so we got to sleep in which I am thankful for during this busy week of family visiting.
Today I am thankful not to have to do all the Thanksgiving cooking and cleaning up afterwards. I am truly thankful that we were able to celebrate with a few friends and family.
Today I am truly thankful for no horrible encounters with the crazy Thanksgiving shoppers out looking for deals.
Today I am thankful that I was able to go to my very first Iron Bowl with my wonderful husband. Very proud of our Auburn Tigers and the way they hung in there with a #2 ranked team.
Today I am thankful that I was able to enjoy a lazy day with my little guy while daddy worked.
I know it is not here yet, but I am always thankful for him on this day and everyday of the year. We welcomed our husband boy into the world on this day 7 years ago. I am truly thankful that God chose us to be his parents. I love this little ray of sunshine.
